A Connellsville man is accused of stealing a woman鈥檚 debit card and using it to spend upwards of $8,000. Billy K. Cable, 39, was charged on Thursday with identity theft, theft by unlawful taking, financial exploitation of an older adult or care-dependent person, receiving stolen property and access device fraud. Police alleged that between March 3-19, he used the card to withdraw money at ATMs and to make purchases.
