The latest round of Department of Community and Economic Development Main Street Matters grants will benefit four projects in Southwestern Pennsylvania with over $1 million in awarded capital allocated to improve arts, business and community assets. Jared Callahan, 43, was found in South Connellsville with no memory of how or why he disappeared, Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Kalee Barnhart said Friday.
