Cal U. celebrates Read Across America Day

The Rutledge Institute for Early Childhood Education preschool at California University of Pennsylvania celebrated Read Across America Day Tuesday with story time and other activities. Ashley Roth, assistant director of the institute, reads a book to children at the preschool to mark the occasion.
