Public hearing scheduled for Lady Luck license renewal

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board will hold a hearing on Wednesday, Oct. 26 to take public comment on the periodic renewal of the Category 3 Slot Machine Operator License for Woodlands Fayette, LLC, operator of Lady Luck Casino Nemacolin in Farmington

The hearing will begin at 10:30 a.m. at the Wharton Township Building, 114 Elliottsville Road, Farmington.

The public hearing is open to citizens, public officials and community groups to either speak or submit written testimony. Those who wish to provide testimony should go to gamingcontrolboard.pa.gov and choose a special link on the homepage for more information and registration. Those wishing to provide comment will need to register ahead of time. The deadline to register for both is noon on Friday, Oct. 21.

A listing of all government officials, community groups and individuals who have registered to speak at the hearing will be posted on the board’s website beginning one week prior to the hearing, and updated daily.

Written comments can be submitted directly through the board’s website, by fax at 717-265-7416, email at boardclerk@pa.gov or through mailing them to PA Gaming Control Board, Attention: Board Clerk, 303 Walnut St./5th Fl. Commonwealth Tower, Harrisburg, Pa., 17101.
