Women’s club recognizes student
The Carmichaels Area Women鈥檚 Civic Club has named Macie Kraynak as its December Girl of the Month.
The daughter of John and Michelle Kraynak, Macie is a member of the senior class at Carmichaels Area Junior/Senior High School.
Her in-school activities and memberships include National Honor Society vice president, senior class (Senior Standing Committee) treasurer, debate team, Spanish club, student council, SADD, varsity volleyball assistant captain, varsity basketball and softball and marching band drum major.
She鈥檚 a member of St. Hugh Roman Catholic Church.
An A.B. Miller Scholarship recipient, Macie plans to attend Waynesburg University to pursue a dual-major in forensic science and psychology.
