Cash 5 jackpot worth $3.2 million shared by ticket holders in Fayette, Schuylkill counties

1 min read

Two jackpot-winning Pennsylvania Lottery Cash 5 with Quick Cash tickets from the Monday drawing — including one sold in Fayette County — will split a jackpot prize of $3.2 million.

The Fayette winning ticket was sold at Valero Fuel N Go, 251 Hopwood Fairchance Road in Uniontown. The second winning ticket was sold in Ashland in Schuylkill County.

Both tickets matched all five balls drawn, 5-10-12-20-25, to win individual prizes of $1.6 million, less applicable withholdings. Monday’s jackpot was the game’s largest in its 31-year history.

Each retailer earns a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning tickets.

Winners are not known until prizes are claimed and tickets are validated, which must be done within one year of the drawing date. The winning ticket holders should contact the nearest lottery office for further instructions or call 1-800-692-7481.

The previous record-setting Cash 5 with Quick Cash jackpot of more than $3 million was won in Montgomery County on Aug. 12, 2022.
