Returns show Paul Means as highest vote-getter in Connellsville school director race
With 96 percent of the precincts reporting, incumbent Dr. Paul E. Means has the highest number of votes in the race for Connellsville Area School Board. Means has 3,416 votes, while political newcomer Jay Fox III is in second place with 3,035 votes. Incumbent Gary L. Wandel and political newcomer James Duncan have 3,002 and 2,136 votes respectively. Dr. P.J. Carte is trailing behind with 1,739 Republican votes.
