鈥淚 have had an incredible career and more than I have ever dreamed, and thanks to you guys who supported me all these years. I wanted you to hear it from me. Not many people get to see the end of the rainbow,鈥 said Rogers in a special video on his website, kennyrogers.rtouring.com. 鈥淚 think I have had the beauty of this career, and the beauty of getting to know you guys daily out on the road and watching you kids grow up with me.鈥

Rogers, a Country Music Hall of Fame member, has had a music career that has spanned nearly six decades and has a catalog of popular hits including 鈥淪he Believes in Me,鈥 鈥淲e鈥檝e Got Tonight,鈥 鈥淭hrough the Years,鈥 鈥淟ady鈥 and more.

According to KennyRogers.com, The Gambler released his first Christmas album, 鈥淥nce Again It鈥檚 Christmas,鈥 in January 2015. This marked his first Christmas studio album in 17 years.

The concert will feature many of the songs on this album as well as some of his other popular hits.

鈥溾楾he Gambler鈥檚 Last Deal鈥 concerts feature an all-new show, including a reflective look back through Roger鈥檚 storied 50-plus-year career. Enhanced with personal stories, vintage photos and video clips-including never-before-seen footage-the music filled retrospective will touch on every part of Rogers鈥 career. Along with his long list of hits, Rogers is singing songs in concert that he hasn鈥檛 performed in years. After many decades of performing and recording music Rogers has had the opportunity to reflect on his journey.

Gary Graff of Billboard quoted Rogers as saying, 鈥淚鈥檝e hopefully gotten more professional, and I鈥檝e constantly tried to have something unique to offer people when I come into their town in the way of production or vocals or music I鈥檝e chosen. And I think what has really served me well is the live performance is usually better than the recorded performance鈥t feels like a long, long time ago 鈥檆ause so much has happened in the meantime.

鈥淚f you鈥檙e busy doing a lot of different things, then your year goes by pretty quickly. And there鈥檚 been so man(y) years, I guess it seems like a long time.鈥
