Albert L. Long
Albert L. Long, 76, of Waynesburg, passed away at 4:20 a.m. Friday, August 4, 2023, in the Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va.
He was born December 27, 1946, in Waynesburg, a son of the late Andrew 鈥淛ack鈥� Long and Erma Johnston Long.
Albert was a member of the Church of Christ in Waynesburg. Albert really enjoyed hunting. He worked as an operator at Cooper Crouse-Hines making electrical equipment and retired from there in 2012.
He is survived by his wife, Kristine Anderson Long, whom he married August 4, 1973.
Also surviving is his son, Bryan A. (Courtney) Long of Clarksville; and two grandchildren, Tate Long and Alisa Long; one brother, James L. Long of Virginia; Mark and David Pyle, and several other nieces and nephews.
Deceased is his sister, Patty Long Pyle.
Visitation and services are to be private and held at the convenience of the family, with Mike Cunningham officiating.
Burial will be at Rosemont Cemetery, Rogersville.
