Richard Allen Lawrence, 61, of Jefferson, passed away on Thursday, May 25, 2023, in the Washington Hospital, Washington, following a lengthy illness.

Family and friends were welcomed on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Saint Hugh Roman Catholic Church, Carmichaels for a Mass of the Resurrection with the Reverend James B. Farnan as celebrant. Interment followed in Jefferson Cemetery, with military honors, accorded by the Greene County Honor Guard.
