Birds of a feather
Two Baltimore Orioles visited feeders recently in Bethel Park. The female, on the left, has a penchant for the nectar in the hummingbird feeder while the male, on the right, enjoyed the orange slices and grape jelly. Until late May, Baltimore Orioles arrive in eastern and central North America to breed. They start to leave as early as July for wintering grounds. So, if you spot one, enjoy them while they are here. [Eleanor Bailey]
