Warrant issued for Brownsville child rape suspect

1 min read

Police are searching for a Brownsville man accused of sexually assaulting two girls at his home.

Charges were filed Monday against Quinton Brown II, 32, for the alleged assaults, which Brownsville police said happened between 2024 and March 19, 2025.

On that day, police in Brownsville received a referral from Fayette County Children and Youth Services regarding the girls’ reports of abuse, court documents state.

One of the girls had discussed the assaults with her mother, the complaint said. The girl later told police they would happen on a near-weekly basis.

Brown had told the girls not to tell anyone about the incidents, according to charging documents.

Brown is charged with rape of a child and an unconscious victim, statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with an unconscious person, sexual assault, and indecent assault of a person under 13.

Brownsville Police Chief John Brant said Wednesday morning that Brown was aware a warrant was out for his arrest and had yet to be apprehended.
