Free legal clinic to assist in driver’s license restoration
State Rep. Charity Grimm Krupa, Summit Legal Aid, and the Fayette County Bar Association will host a free Driver’s License Restoration Clinic in Uniontown to assist Fayette County residents who have lost, or are at risk of losing, their driving privileges.
The clinic will provide one-on-one guidance to individuals navigating the driver’s license restoration process in Pennsylvania. Attendees will have the opportunity to receive personalized legal advice about restoration requirements, determine whether they may qualify for license suspension appeals, and explore eligibility for limited licenses, including occupational limited licenses (OLLs), probationary licenses, and ignition interlock licenses.
It will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, May 15, at One Voice One Community, 111 W. Fayette Street, Uniontown.
The clinic is part of Summit Legal Aid’s broader efforts to remove barriers to stability and opportunity through its Driver’s License Restoration Program. By helping residents regain lawful driving privileges, the program supports stronger families, healthier communities, and improved access to work, health care, and essential services.
Pre-registration for the clinic is encouraged, but walk-ins will be welcome. People seeking assistance are encouraged to bring any PennDOT correspondence or suspension notices they have received.
