Frank Sherman Clemmer, Jr., 45, of Uniontown, went to be with his Lord unexpectedly Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

He was born to Frank and Helen Clemmer of Old Wynn January 29, 1981.

Frank was predeceased by his father, Frank S. Clemmer Sr.; his sister-in-law, Lauren Rehwinkel; and both sets of grandparents.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Helen Clemmer; his wife, Melissa Rehwinkel Clemmer; son, Morrison Clemmer; his sisters, Sherry (Tommy) Livengood, Brandy (Lester) Hall; his father-in-law, Brian Rehwinkel (Tammy); and mother-in-law, Rosemarie Destafano; his sister-in-law, Katie (Eric) Howell; many nieces and nephews; a very special cousin, Amanda Brangard, who was another sister in his eyes; a lot of other cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends also. Frank left behind two dogs, Marlin and Scarlett, and three cats, Big Kitty, Baby and Larry “Yogurt”, who will mourn him.

Frank was the owner and operator of Double Barrel Tattoo and was extremely gifted at his craft. He was a member of Summit Mountain Car Club and Rusty Nuts, where he met and made friends with a lot of good people. Frank enjoyed taking his old car to shows and showing it off.

Frank was a loving husband, loving dad, wonderful brother and great friend. He had a huge heart and will be missed dearly.

The family will receive friends and family in the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday, May 3, and from 10 until the time of a funeral service at 11 a.m. Monday, May 4, with Glenn Wilson officiating.

Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Fairchance.
