Dolores Jean Kimmell Fisher, 83, of Dawson, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2026, in her home, with her loving family by her side. She was born January 8, 1943 in Vanderbilt, a daughter of Edward B. and Sadie Katherine Hall Kimmell.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry W. Fisher, Sr.; her daughter, Robin Jean Fisher; brothers: infant brother, Jimmy Kimmell, Ronald Kimmell, Kenneth Kimmell; sisters, Elsie Stayer, Janet Kimmell, Judy Fisher.

She is survived by her children, Julie Miller (Todd), Harry W. Fisher, Jr.; her grandchildren, Angela Miller, Melanie Miller; her great- grandchildren, Tyler and Emilie; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Dolores was a member of the Perryopolis Baptist Church.

She retired from Ollies as the head cashier at the age of 80.

Her hobbies included crocheting, Bingo and loving her cat, Buddy.

Dolores’ family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 28, in the BLAIR-LOWTHER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis, where her funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 29, at 11 a.m., with Pastor Simeon Hatcher of the Perryopolis Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow in the Bryan Cemetery, Dawson.

Dolores’ family would like to thank nieces, Kathy Knight and Shirley Fisher for the personal care provided over the past several years. Also OSPTA Hospice for the outstanding care and consideration.
