Scott Dwayne Cunningham, 65, of Uniontown, died Saturday, May 30, 2026, after a long, courageous battle with cancer.
Born January 5, 1961, in Uniontown, he was the beloved son of the late Paul and Ruth Ellen Friend Cunningham, Sr.
He was also preceded in death by his sister, Cheri LaRosa.
Scott was a field supervisor for ACA Greenhouses, N.J. He was a private pilot, gunsmith and talented artist.
Surviving are his loving daughter, Rebecca Cunningham; three brothers, Kenny (Renee) Smith, Paul (Debbie) Cunningham, Jr., David Cunningham; three sisters, Cindy Antonelli, Susan (Charlie) Mitchell, Amy (Jack) Nicklow; his former wife, Susan Watson; and many nieces and nephews, who loved him very much.
Friends will be received in the Blooming Rose United Methodist Church, 3559 Blooming Rose Road, Friendsville, MD 21531, Wednesday, June 3, from 11 a.m. until the time of services at 1 p.m., with the Rev. Dana Umbel officiating. Interment in the Blooming Rose Cemetery.
