Our voices and those of the neglected animals need to be heard
Within the U.S. people have been diligent in having their voices heard by protests and demonstrations against the universal tools of destruction, conflicts and political dysfunctions. Unfortunately, many politicians govern with a blindness of heart and cunning craftiness which creates a chaotic state of politics.
As demonstrated by this recent government shutdown, Ms. Pelosi, Congress and the Democrats sovereignty is unacceptable, creating dark consequences and fracturing the lives of the tax paying citizens. We are not expendable casualties in their playground of games. This malignant form of common sense has created a battered economy without voters’ approval.
The integrity of the 800,000 workers who honored their jobs, without pay, are the patriots of this nation, embracing leadership qualities without malice. Thank goodness for the neighbors, businesses and rescue groups who provided food, financial assistance and a prayer of hope. Thousands of tax dollars would have been spent on Ms. Pelosi Afghanistan visit, especially on gasoline for the military aircraft. US citizens can’t afford to put gas in their vehicles so they can go to work and be able to buy food. She is the Speaker of the House, her house not ours.
Elected officials take an oath of office, “For the people by the people” and then they go mute. The demands and objections of the U.S. citizens are cast aside like roadkill. When did we relinquish our constitutional rights and allow the elected officials to ambush our lives into submission? Politicians have brainwashed a generation of people into thinking there are no absolutes and no final voter authority for anything but their own conclusions and opinions. Our future depends on electing millennial Politicians whose creative thinking will serve this country without I.O.U.’s and antiquated thinking. The oligarchy government needs a shut down. Let our voices be heard beyond a whisper, protest from the heart.
Our military are forced to defend countries that most Americans would not want their sons and daughters to die for. Their blood seeps into the dirt of foreign lands while the inhabitants of that territory, flee seeking asylum as refugees and immigrants. Our military are left behind to die as statistic fatalities. Bring all of our loved ones home so they can protect their families against the merciless, harsh and cruel attacks in our own backyard.
The U.S. has more than millions of people living in poverty, food deprived, homeless, without shelter. Our U.S. elderly are not supported, endure financial struggles, cannot pay property taxes and are not recognized for their history of dedication. U.S. veterans and citizens are homeless and living in cardboard boxes, under bridges. People are being evicted from their homes because they cannot afford the schools boards increasing property taxes while trying to survive in a political economy where there are no Robin Hoods.
Police, fire, and EMS departments are closing, food banks are empty, business are relocating. There is a long list in the arena of lunacy. Too bad everybody cannot go on strike and demand significant pay raises and benefits. The campaign speeches did not include any reference to the poor. The primary focus is on one or two topics using a catalyst of comments to capture that vote. And they say money can’t buy a vote.
Fayette County is in desperate need to secure an animal shelter for the innocent lives that were born because others were not neutered or spayed. The previous shelter was closed. There are so many homeless, starving and abused animals that are suffering intense pain and serious neglect. These precious animals need our compassion and empathy for their dire circumstances.
Taxpayers are aware of the accumulated amount of wasted monies that have been spend for incidentals intended to appease. We need to invest in a shelter to save a life, a life that feels pain, hunger, thirst, hatred, bleeds and needs to be cared for and embraced with love. Please aggressively support the need of a shelter within Fayette County, which would also be accessible to the animal needs from surrounding communities who support the mission. Contact your elected officials, locally and throughout the Districts and State to enlist their help in achieving this endeavor. Please help these animals.
