Police beat July 13
CLARKSVILLE
Endangerment: Jonathan Haines, 40, of Clarksville, was charged by state police with endangering the welfare of children, simple assault, reckless endangerment and corruption of minors. According to the complaint, one of the children had observed Haines and another woman in the home tying off their arms for intravenous drug use, and had also seen Haines scraping drugs together with a credit card. Additionally, according to the complaint, he had thrown a child car seat at one of the children because he got angry that the family’s baby was crying.
